Humanity

I am an observer, a people-watcher, an enjoyer of the little aspects of life around me. In my own home town, it is easy for me to watch, yet sometimes difficult for me to photograph those around me. When I was in China, where this series of photographs was taken, the little nuances of a different culture brought before me an entirely new view of humanity and the ways people live. As an observer to this culture, this experience was heightened by how much I, myself, was observed on a daily basis as a tall and conspicuous foreigner.
